Opportunity Description
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support a dynamic organization in California through a long-term contract assignment. This position will play a central role in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle administration, compliance oversight, and HR reporting while helping deliver a positive and organized employee experience. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, confident working across multiple HR functions, and comfortable using HRIS platforms to manage data and support day-to-day operations.
