Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit procedures, and final payments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and external agencies on staffing needs.
- Maintain HR records, organisation charts, and HRIS updates.
- Administer work passes (applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance matters).
- Monitor attendance and leave records for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and appraisals.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmations and resignation acknowledgements.
- Assist with employee benefits, insurance, and HR administrative support.
