Qualifications
Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Work experience required 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to performance management programs and Global Experience
Technical / Functional Skills Non-negotiable skills:
· Experienced in using case management system
Good to have skills: · Experience in Workday.
Behavioral Preferences / Soft Skills
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and labor law.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
