HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition partner – Barcelona, Spain

This role covers recruitment processes for stores and HQ from intake to offer, including relationship management with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, with the goal of delivering high‑quality candidates.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Strategy Execution : maximise use of candidate touch points, establish a constant flow of candidates for external talent pools, balance brand and regional needs, monitor channel quality, manage agency relationships and performance reporting.
• Intake : manage intake process, assess role characteristics with hiring manager and HR Business Partner, decide recruitment channels and timeline, manage internal customer expectations.
• Interviews : plan and schedule interviews for managerial roles, capture results, follow actions, support travel arrangements at HQ.
