HR Global Mobility Partner

The Global Mobility Team is responsible for the global coordination and operational implementation of international assignments and extended business trips within the Reinsurance & Specialty Group as well as for setting relevant guidelines. The Global Mobility Partner acts as the expert advisor to managers, employees and HR colleagues concerning all forms of cross-border employment and ensures that these are implemented in a legally compliant manner. Your Role: Managing international assignments and extended business trips (EBT) within the Reinsurance & Specialty Group, while complying with all legal requirements at home and abroad.
