Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant, production, operations, maintenance, warehouse, and office staff.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain manpower planning and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Employee Relations
- Maintain healthy employee relations across plant and office operations.
- Address employee grievances and coordinate with department heads for resolutions.
- Support employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounts/payroll teams.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and company procedures.
