Key Responsibilities-PF UAN generation and FAT activation

• Make outbound calls to employees and guide them in generating their UAN through
• the UMANG App and EPFO portal.
• Assist employees in completing the FAT (Face Authentication Technology) process.
• Explain the required documents, eligibility criteria, and process steps to
• employees.
• Follow-up with employees until the UAN generation and FAT process are
• successfully completed.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, employee responses, and process status.
• Track pending cases and ensure timely closure.
