HR Lead (Physician Operations)

Job Title: Provider Credentialing & Physician Onboarding Specialist – U.S. Healthcare

Shift Timing: U.S. Night Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (IST) 

Location: Candidates must be based in Pune only

The HR Lead serves as the central bridge between physician leadership, external recruiting partners, and clinical sites. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of physician integration—from initial interview coordination to complex medical credentialing and final site launch. Your primary objective is to maintain a seamless onboarding experience while ensuring 100% compliance with facility and regulatory requirements.
