Handling the complete Employee Life Cycle Management. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees. Handling entire Payrolls Management System and Leave Management System. HRIS Database management: To maintain up-to-date information on transfers, compensation, terminations, mapping updation & organizational changes. Handling queries of employees (New Hires, Existing and exit Employees). Statutory Compliance i.e. PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc. Leave and Attendance Management i.e. Preparing Monthly Attendance File for payroll inputs. Handling entire Employee Benefits Providing the F&F Inputs to payroll i.e. Exit Cases, Relieving, etc. Exit Process Management i.e. End to End offboarding process. Full & Final Settlement Process.
