Opportunity Description
- Translate HR priorities into clear and compliant HR policies.
- Assess the impact of HR regulatory changes on operations and processes.
- Advise on complex HR regulation and social law matters.
- Coordinate with HR, operational and legal stakeholders.
- Prepare union negotiations and supporting documentation.
- Support HR policy evolution and dialogue with social partners. You will only be involved in the preparation of meetings. Negotiations will be handled by the Head of Labour relations & HRD.
- Act as a mediator when needed.
- Master's degree, ideally in Law.
- Fluent in Dutch and strong professional French.
- Strong experience in HR regulation, Belgian social law and social relations.
- Exposure to unions and collective labour relations.
- Analytical, pragmatic and confident in advising senior stakeholders.
