Job Description
- Provide legal guidance and support regarding employment-related matters.
- Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions on legal compliance and workplace policies for HR and management.
- Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and legal disputes.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and advise the HR team accordingly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR legal matters or a related field
