Job Description

• Provide legal guidance and support regarding employment-related matters.
• Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct training sessions on legal compliance and workplace policies for HR and management.
• Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and legal disputes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and advise the HR team accordingly.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR legal matters or a related field
