Accountabilities

• General HR Administration

Handle various administrative tasks related to HR operations, including record keeping, document preparation, and responding to employee inquiries. Maintain the accuracy, integrity and real‑time update of all employee master data in the corporate HR System; compile, generate and submit designated HR reports, and conduct in‑depth analysis on key HR metrics to support business decision‑making as required.
