HR Manager (Business Partner & Career Mobility)

You perform the role of an HR Business Partner to relevant stakeholders, providing advice on HR matters and acting as a career advisor to employees on their career progression and developmental needs.

• Provide advice to departmental stakeholders on HR matters including deployment, exit, promotion, performance and potential.
• Act as a career advisor to employees, supporting their career progression and developmental needs.
• Manage employee affairs relating to compensation, benefits and awards, retention and exit management.
• Apply data analytics to support HR staffing, workforce planning and restructuring plans, presenting insights clearly and concisely to management.
• Manage and run the Defence Executive Officer (DXO) Annual Job Rotation (AJR) Exercise, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation across all stages.
