Minimum HR Qualification, preferably Bachelors Degree Minimum 7 - 10 years´ HR Management experience Experience within the financial services industry preferably in a Distribution channel Sound knowledge of BCEA, EE, LRA, OHSA Project management experience would be beneficial Strategic leadership skills Analytical thinking skills Resilience Advanced MS Office (Excel and Power Point) Relationship building skills Ability to interact at all levels Strong attention to detail
