Education:

• Matric
• Certificate / Degree will be advantageous

• Payroll Administration and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
• Develop and review job descriptions, ensuring accurate market benchmarks.
• BEE initiatives - Lead and oversee compliance.
• Development and implementation of employment equity plans.
• Support on conflict resolution and grievance procedures with both line managers and staff.
• Manage time and attendance.
