Position Responsibilities:
+ Build strong partnerships with managers and frontline leaders to provide guidance on HR initiatives, employee development, and workforce planning.
+ Serve as a trusted and approachable resource for employees at all levels, ensuring balanced employee advocacy and business support.
+ Ensure that talent acquisition practices align with Martin Brower competencies and values.
+ Lead talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
+ Design, deliver, and manage training programs in areas such as leadership, supervisory skills, and compliance.
