Opportunity Description
Job Purpose: To act as one point of contact for all HR issues, and drive for resolution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as one point of contact for predefined BU/Department(s), coordinate and communicate resolution of simple to moderate issues to stakeholders.
- Advise and administer consistent HR policies (e.g. confirmation, transfer, resignation, etc) and practices in partnership with BU/Department(s)
- Identify and select the right talents (internal and external) to meet manpower and business needs, inclusive of onboarding of employees
- Review, propose and implement consistent compensation & benefits practices in partnership with BU/Department(s)
- Administer, schedule & follow up on Talent Management & Learning & Development activities (including ATR) to build organizational capabilities at all levels and leadership pipeline
