Job Responsibilities
HR Support for New Company Operation
l Assist in completing human resource filing after the registration of the overseas new company, including application for Employer Identification Number, opening of social security and provident fund accounts, work injury insurance registration, etc.
l Coordinate with the legal and finance teams to ensure full compliance of employment contracts, payroll disbursement and individual income tax declaration.
l Formulate and implement the new employee onboarding process.
l Regularly report HR data and potential compliance risks to the China headquarters team.
Talent Recruitment
l Independently deliver end-to-end recruitment for key positions in accordance with the company’s business plan.
l Develop and maintain local recruitment channels, and establish a talent pipeline.
