Job Description

-Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations -Gather and analyze market data to measure the competitiveness of compensation and benefit package, and make recommendation as appropriate -Assist with the annual salary review process and control payroll process -Develop people development (career path, training, competency and Evaluation system) that meet with company business strategies -Review employee annual performance appraisal -Manage employee medical scheme, health issues and medical referrals -Undertake other tasks as agreed with the Superior -Ensure training is conducted according to the Training Plan -Other Human Resource Matters ____________________________________ - Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap undang-undang dan peraturan terkait ketenagakerjaan
