Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Human Resources Manager position at Penn Medicine Health System in Chester County & other Philadelphia suburb locations. The Human Resources Manager will serves as the primary HR partner for the locations, providing hands?on leadership across HR operations, employee relations, engagement, compliance, and talent processes to ensure a consistent, positive, and legally compliant employee experience. Position will assist with administering the human resource policies and procedures for the assigned client accounts to include but not limited to: talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, wage and salary administration, training, employee relations, EEO, affirmative action, benefits administration and risk management.
