2.Design and post job ads to attract qualified candidates for in-store junior and senior positions
3.Calculate and report on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually)
4.Plan attractive compensation and benefits packages to increase retention
5.Onboard and train new hires
6.Track key recruiting metrics like cost-per-hire and source of hire
7.Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules and seasonal employment
8.Train team leaders on performance evaluation techniques
9.Liaise with college career offices to inform graduates about internships and junior positions
