Opportunity Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function within the retail sector . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of HR experience preferably in managing HR operations across multi-store retail environments . You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policy compliance and supporting the growth and development of our retail workforce.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail roles across stores and corporate functions.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent aligned with retail business needs.
