Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise and/or execute all HR processes for Line Managers (direct reports to Business Unit Heads and below) and employees in Switzerland: recruitment, training, development, compensation and benefits, labour relations, personnel administration, internal communication in close alignment with HR Centres of Excellence processes and principles
- Advise and support managers and employees in HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, as well as guide managers in leadership issues or difficult/conflictive situations
- Identify business needs and pulse to feed the rest of HR team with these inputs
- Support, accompany, align and prioritise change processes
