Job Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Psychology, LLB, Business Administration or its

equivalent

 Industry relevant manufacturing experience minimum of 5-years managerial

capacity or minimum of 5-years in senior supervisor capacity.

 Knowledge of human resource principles and practices

 Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations

management

 Knowledge of business and management principles and practices

 Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices

 Knowledge of project management principles and practices

 Information technology skills application (SAP, Globe EXACT, Globe Citrix,

Oracle, ERIC, ACCPAC)

 Experience in ISO Certified Company. With working background in Good
