WHAT YOU’LL DO

Fluent in both English and Québec French, the Manager, Human Resources serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, translating and adapting HR communications, policies, and documentation to ensure clarity and compliance in both languages. In this role, you will provide guidance on policies, performance management, and complex employee relations matters, applying strong knowledge of employment legislation across multiple Canadian provinces. You will oversee full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing through onboarding, and provide backup support for payroll and benefits administration to ensure continuity and accuracy of key HR processes.
