Your role
- Day-to-day HR Administration including the maintenance of employee files
- Preparation of employment contracts, addendums, work certificates, etc and follow up on
signatures - Administration of stay authorizations
- HR data processing in SAP
- Salary administration
- Point of contact for all HR related questions
Your profile
- Proven HR administration experience
- A solid understanding of the HR function
- Excellent organisational and administration skills, with keen attention to details
