A brilliant Mining Company based in the Free State Province, has a challenging opportunity for a HR Manager: Social Labour Plan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning and staffing, recruitment, on boarding, payroll/ time and attendance/ benefit administration, performance contribution systems. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
•National Senior Certificate
•B.Com HRM / B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree
•3 - 5 years’ HR Officer generalist experience
•Experience working on HR systems will be beneficial i.e. SAGE, Biometrics etc.
•Valid Drivers’ License – Occasional Traveling to sites required for the role
