- Mon - Fri, office hours
- End-to-end HR administration , including casual hiring, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, contract tracking, and employee lifecycle support.
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, application shortlisting, interview scheduling, written test administration, and candidate documentation follow-up.
- Support performance management, talent management, and awards administration through preparation of communications materials, promotion certificates, posting memos, and coordination of meetings/events.
