Opportunity Description
Key performance areas: Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, policy updates, and diversity initiatives. Assist with employment equity monthly maintenance and annual reporting. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws. Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics, such as harassment prevention, leadership development, and performance management.
