Position Overview
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and general HR support. This role ensures HR processes run smoothly and contributes to a positive employee experience and organizational culture.
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end hiring for assigned roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate communication.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare job offers.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support workforce planning activities.
2. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
