Role:
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new resources
- Managing employee reimbursements and addressing general queries
- Preparing and publishing dashboards and MIS reports
- Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both clients and employees
- Overseeing payroll processing and full & final (FnF) settlements
