HR Operation Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
• Min 3 years of experience in HR Operation Supervisor or related role.
• Strong knowledge in managing attendance, employment contracts, and labor law compliance.
• Familiar with labor regulations, BPJS, and employee relations/issue handling.
• Ability to oversee and manage office supplies.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and management.
• Proficient in handling documents, records, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Experienced with HRIS systems (Sunfish) is preferred.
• Willing to be placed at Jakarta Area.
