Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the local HR Team to ensure employee’s life cycle processes are taken care of operationally
- Works closely with the Shared Services Team to ensure accuracy of payroll processing and compliance (Monthly payroll, Bonus payout, Annual Increment) and prepares relevant letters
- Process and administer work permits, training employment pass, S Pass and employment pass including application, renewal and cancellation on a timely manner
- Managing Processes, People Management, Data Entry Management, Reporting Skills, Compensation and Wage Structure, Benefits Administration, Worker Compensation, Employment Law
- Follow-up on staff promotion appraisal, notice of change form and prepare the letters and follow-up once they complete probationary period for the current position
