What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! You’ll work hand in hand with the People Ops Lead, founders, and hiring managers, not only to execute on the day‑to‑day employee lifecycle across LATAM, US and Europe, but also to help us build the People Operations function from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lifecycle ownership
- Own onboarding paperwork end‑to‑end for all global hires: contract prep, new hire data collection, equipment and access coordination
- Run pre‑boarding communications: welcome packs, Day 1 schedule, equipment shipping, account provisioning timelines
- Maintain new hire trackers and ensure our HRIS is the single source of truth for integral headcount
- Run off‑boarding: resignation/termination documents, final pay coordination, access removal checklist, laptop handover, knowledge transfer, exit interviews
