Opportunity Description
Position Summary
The Executive HR & Admin will act as the primary liaison between the HR department and employees based in the US. This role focuses on maintaining employee data integrity, managing the pre onboarding and onboarding lifecycle, and coordinating with the recruitment team while ensuring strict adherence to Arizona and federal employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-onboarding & Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-employment processes (e.g., background checks, drug testing, and reference checks).
- Manage new hire onboarding: prepare offer letters, process new-hire paperwork, and conduct orientations regarding policies and processes.
- Coordinate with IT team to ensure that the IT assets reach the employee before or on date of joining.
