Job Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee movements, and exit processes
- Handle administrative matters related to workforce arrangements, employee records, and HR documentation
- Liaise closely with employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related enquiries and support matters
- Assist with payroll administration, staff benefits, and insurance matters
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and organisational records
- Support HR initiatives, process improvements, and other ad-hoc projects as assigned
