HR Operations Executive

Maltem Asia Pacific is a Technology Consultancy specializing in IT staffing, project delivery, and Digital Transformation across Singapore and Hong Kong, we partner with leading Financial Institutions and Enterprise clients across the region.

We are looking for a hands‑on, HR Operations Executive to own the full HR function for our Singapore office.

This is an individual contributor role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced Tech Consultancy environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in both operational excellence and creating a positive employee experience.

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: Offer Letters, Pre/Post-Onboarding etc.
• Coordinate Timesheet Management in collaboration with the Finance/Operations team
