HR Operations Generalist

Illumination is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Operations Generalist. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations team, overseeing payroll, benefits, HRIS management (UKG Pro), employee leaves, compliance, and the day-to‑day HR experience that keeps our studio running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, well‑versed in employment laws, and genuinely passionate about creating a thoughtful, seamless employee experience.
