HR Operations Lead — Talent, Compliance & People Experience

Frasers Group, through Sports Direct Malaysia, is looking for a Human Resources Manager, Operations to enhance HR practices within a growing retail environment. The role requires a proactive leader with over 10 years of Human Resources experience, particularly in operations, and a solid understanding of local labor laws.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in HR practices. Bilingual candidates (English and Bahasa Melayu) are preferred, and the position is based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
