Opportunity Description
The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end HR operational activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution of core HR processes. This role involves managing payroll, employee taxation, incentive calculations, statutory compliance, and audits, along with supporting key HR processes such as the annual increment cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a process-oriented mindset, and hands-on experience with Workday. Payroll Management • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness. • Validate salary inputs including new hires, exits, compensation changes, arrears, bonuses, and recoveries. • Coordinate with Finance and external payroll partners for reconciliations and payout processing. • Maintain payroll MIS, dashboards, and statutory registers.
