You'll own everything that keeps our people operations running: payroll compliance, labour law adherence, admin systems, and the processes that make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role is for someone who takes genuine ownership of compliance-heavy work, builds systems before being asked to, and wants to grow into a senior People Ops leader in a global SaaS environment.
