Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organization development strategies aligned with business objectives and company growth plans.
- Manage organizational structure design, job analysis, job grading, and manpower planning to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Drive and support talent management, succession planning, and workforce capability development initiatives.
- Conduct organizational diagnosis and provide recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness, productivity, and employee experience.
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify organizational challenges and develop strategic solutions.
