**Job Overview**
The HR Partner III supports all key HR practices within the manufacturing site, including recruitment, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, promotions, and HR data management. Serving as the main point of contact for employee-related matters, the HR Partner provides timely support and guidance to foster a positive and productive working environment.
**What your background should look like:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Social Science, Business Administration, or a related field
+ 6–10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or L&D roles
