Opportunity Description
The primary purpose of the role is to support the HR & Payroll processing for all business units in Singapore. Provide end-to-end ownership and ensure resolution of employee and manager enquiries that come through various channels.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Provide end to end support and 1st level resolution for employees and managers reaching out to People Services Team via live chat, ServiceNow or email.
Provide appropriate and accurate information and guidance to employees and managers regarding HR and policies making full use of knowledge management tools
Supports Senior Payroll Manager on monthly processing of payroll for ensuring 100% accuracy in timeliness & accuracy
Supporting the life cycle of an employee through routine and complex Workday transactional processing and understand the downstrea...
