Job Description
Program Execution & Governance
Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of HR programs (performance, surveys, benefits rollout, etc.).Ensure accurate goal‑setting, quality checks, deployment tracking, and program hygiene.Conduct gap analyses across technology and leadership cohorts.Review spans & layers, identify hotspots, and surface insights to HRBPs.
