Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for residential projects.
- Hire positions such as Facility Manager, MEP Supervisor, Electrician, Plumber, STP Operator, Housekeeping Staff, Security, and Technicians.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and field recruitment.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment database and daily hiring reports.
- Handle offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
