About the Role
We are hiring Recruiters who will be responsible for hiring Field Sales Executives/ (on-ground recruiters) for a large-scale Jio project.
You will help build a strong field team in your city who will further onboard freelance sales associates.
Your Key Responsibility
• Hire Field Executives in your city
• Each recruiter will onboard ~minimum10 field executives(As per the target assigned)
• Continuously hire to replace dropouts and maintain team strength
• Ensure quality hiring (candidates should be active and target-driven)
What You Will Do
• Source candidates through job portals, WhatsApp groups, social media, and local networks
• Screen and shortlist candidates
• Conduct basic interviews (call/face-to-face)
• Coordinate onboarding and joining
• Track daily hiring numbers and report progress
• Occasionally visit field to understand hiring quality
