Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR & Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. This is a recruitment-focused role with a practical HR operations component ideal for a candidate with 13 years of relevant experience who is comfortable working with Zoho HR tools. Key Responsibilities A. Recruitment (Primary Focus 70%) Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial screening interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Follow up with candidates at each stage of the hiring process Coordinate offer rollout, acceptance, and pre-joining communication Manage recruitment pipeline on Zoho Recruit B.
