The HR Representative is a Regular, Full-Time position typically working Monday-Friday during regular business hours at the Inland Imaging Business Center. This position is an on-site role, with potential for a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.

Job Summary: This role is designed as an entry-to-mid-level HR position with growth opportunities toward an HR Generalist role.

General Description: The HR Representative supports the Human Resources team in delivering high-quality HR services to Inland Imaging and affiliated companies. This position serves as a key administrative and operational resource for the department, assisting with employee records, employee event planning, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance activities, employee health documentation, reporting, and general HR support.
