Opportunity Description
Job Summary:
Lead and manage compensation system projects, annual reward cycles, and regional HR system initiatives to support efficient compensation operations and compliance across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end annual compensation review cycle and project timelines
- Coordinate with regional HR, Rewards, Finance, and Technology teams across APAC
- Support system design, configuration, testing, and implementation for compensation platforms
- Ensure compensation processes and workflows comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and support system enhancements and issue resolution
- Oversee reporting, dashboards, and data validation within compensation systems
- Support HR system integration and future enhancement projects
